At pickup, the vehicle condition is documented before loading. During transit, customers can view shipment information and updates through the portal. At delivery, inspect the vehicle and complete the final paperwork.

Open auto transport is the standard, cost-effective option for most everyday vehicles. Enclosed transport adds protection from weather and road debris and is commonly selected for classic, luxury, exotic and collector vehicles.

Remove personal belongings and toll tags, leave about one-quarter tank of fuel, check for fluid leaks, document the vehicle condition with photos and provide working keys. Tell us in advance if the vehicle does not run, steer or brake normally.

Timing depends on the route, carrier availability, traffic, weather and operating conditions. Many interstate shipments take approximately 2–7 days after pickup, while longer cross-country routes may require additional time.

The carrier will meet you as close to the requested pickup and delivery addresses as safely and legally possible. Narrow streets, low trees, restricted communities or limited turning space may require a nearby accessible meeting location.
